ABOUT

The world we live in makes it so easy to become dissociated and disconnected, to move through life on autopilot without truly feeling like ourselves or like real people. But this disconnect doesn’t have to be permanent.

Through somatic and embodiment meditation practices, we can reconnect with our authentic selves, regulate our nervous systems, and rediscover the feelings of aliveness and joy that have always been there. The trick is learning how to notice them and feel into them.

DYAN’S MEANINGS:

1. Divine, heavenly; Bright, shining one —— everything we offer is to bring us closer to our most sincere self (our divine self)

2. In Sanskrit terms, it means ‘contemplation and meditation’

Dyan began in New York City, but has since welcomed members from all over the world.
